  • The Phase II survey may have over 2,500+ inquiries or questions, but in collaboration with the client, there is the option to focus on specific critical area(s) which will generate a much smaller supply chain survey, but a more impactful SCM Management strategy.

Step #1

  • Request the FREE Supply Chain Risk Assessment Survey (Phase I) that will examine the supply chain management program.

Step #2

  • PalleTek Customer Service will verify the requestor information for accuracy.
  • If there are any questions about the request, Customer Service will direct them to the primary contact listed on the request.
  • Customer Service will then send the automated survey to the contact email listed on the request.
  • The business consulting survey consists of 99 questions covering multiple areas of the supply chain management program.  The automated survey is multiple choice with options to add addition information for each question. NOTE: there may be some questions which do not apply, answer all questions accordingly.
  • The contact will receive an email from PalleTek confirming receipt of the survey.

Step #3

  • Once the automated business consulting survey has been completed and submitted back to PalleTek, Customer Service will confirm receipt of the completed survey.
  • Customer Service will send a FREE copy of the eBook, "Master Your Business" which was written by Ed Klaameyer, president of PalleTek Consulting. "Master Your Business" is 46 pages  containing the tools you will need to succeed in business, and as a bonus, there are business nuggets of supply chain management knowledge to be used for your success.
  • The survey will be presented to the Supply Chain Review Team to be analyzed.
  • If there are any questions about the Phase I survey, a team leader will reach out to the primary contact via email and/or phone.

  2. Use statistical tools and software to interpret the results and calculate statistics for the quantitative responses.

  • The Phase I report will identify actionable insights that can inform decision-making in the supply chain context.
  • This report will have suggested next steps or areas for further research based on the findings.

Step #5

  • The client is free to use the actionable insights presented in the business consulting report to make informed supply chain management decisions and actions.
